5. User Accounts and THE SQUARE

THE SQUARE does not require a permanent user account or profile.To enter THE SQUARE, you may choose a temporary name of up to 9 characters and one of the available colours.You are responsible for the content you choose to send through THE SQUARE. Do not use another person's identity or deliberately impersonate another person.THE SQUARE is a live and temporary conversation space.Messages are intended to be temporary and only the latest 13 messages remain visible. Older messages disappear as new messages arrive.If there is no activity in THE SQUARE for 9 minutes, the Square is automatically cleared and users may need to enter again.THE SQUARE does not provide profiles, followers, likes, private messaging, or an archive of conversations.You understand that messages sent in THE SQUARE are visible to people currently connected to it.Do not post information that you expect to remain private or confidential.We do not guarantee that user messages will remain available, be preserved, or be recoverable after they disappear from THE SQUARE.Technical information relating to connections and use of the Website may be processed separately as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of original content that you lawfully create and submit through THE SQUARE.By sending content through THE SQUARE, you grant LISPICKI.WORLD only the limited technical permission necessary to transmit, display, process, and temporarily operate that content as part of THE SQUARE.This does not give LISPICKI.WORLD ownership of your content and does not grant LISPICKI.WORLD a general commercial license to use your messages.Because THE SQUARE is a live public conversation space, your messages may be seen by other people connected to THE SQUARE while they are displayed.You are responsible for ensuring that anything you send is lawful and that you have the necessary rights to share it.We may remove content, restrict access, suspend participation, or take other reasonable action where necessary to protect users, the Website, THE SQUARE, or to comply with applicable law.
